The deadline for the 2030 goals is quickly approaching. With many different issues arising over the last few months, we are seeing a rise in companies publicly addressing their ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) goals. In the current climate, it has now become the norm to showcase these incentives.
Today’s job market can be a tough place for millennials. We contend with “lack of work ethic” and “entitled” stereotypes while just trying to get a foot in the door somewhere that is willing to take a chance on us despite our different (or “lack of”) experience.
